On behalf of the faculty and staff, I hope you and your family are safe and healthy. We miss our school community and hope to see everyone soon. Unfortunately, it seems it will be later that sooner.
Therefore, in compliance with the new Stay At Home Order issued last week by John Bel Edwards, Governor, St. Anthony School will remain closed until April 30th. If this closure is extended beyond this date, I will let you know as soon as possible.
With this said, the teachers will gather some additional work for students to complete during the month of April. We will let you know when the packets are ready to pick up if you need a hard copy. The teachers will also email you a copy. All work completed during this extended break must be turned in when we return to school. Please make sure you put the packets in a safe place. If you have a question about assignments, please reach out to your child's teacher(s). You can find their email addresses on the school's website (stanthonygretna.org). Click the "About" tab, click "Who Are We", and click "staff ". General questions about school can be sent to me at
[email protected].
Our school office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-2 to answer phone calls or for students to pick up assignments.
Our Easter break is from Thursday, April 9 - Tuesday, April 14. Students are
not required to complete assignments during our Easter break. The office will be closed during this break.
All updates will be provided through the Plus Portal, email, Facebook, and the school website. Please check these sites frequently to stay up to date.
Thank you for working with your child during this situation and we hope to see everyone soon.
